THE ROLES OF ALL BODIES AND OFFICIALS WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY
INTRODUCTION:
The selection and development processes within the Eden District for junior and senior players have, until now, followed distinctly different routes. While senior (adult) teams have followed a more formal process overseen by Eden Exco, the process for junior teams (U15, U18, U25 and U30) has been more informal, with coaches and parents arranging most activities and team selections. This document serves to provide clear guidelines to unify the efforts of ALL parties, the goal being to provide our players with transparent and effective nomination, selection and development processes. Ultimately we want to focus our funds, skills and energies into fielding highly competitive teams across ALL age groups.
